  Well i got 2 parking tickets checking in since the valet parking is a joke. they paid them though. grungy, dirty, bad view.

  The staff was rude. i had an incident reference my room charge to a military charge card and nothing was done to fix the issue. i called accounting on numerous ...

  The staff was rude. I had an incident reference my room charge to a military charge card and nothing was done to fix the issue. I called accounting on numerous occasitions and never were my calls returned. I am military and they charge my card three times for one stay. Totally unacceptable
