Hard boiled eggs in boiling hot water? Crowded breakfast area with dirty tables and unhappy help? Sawing and Hammering at 11 pm? Stained cloth furniture? Streetwalkers just outside. Filthy ice machine? Sticky hand railings? Spills/stains all over the walkways/concrete. No where near the "Maingate" in the title. This place had it all! What we liked: the two bedroom two bath units were very convenient. But, place is run down and we would NOT stay again.

Not a luxury hotel but a nice hotel. Two rooms the second one has no window but contained a set of bunk beds and another bath/shower. You had a small fan in the wall to vent the room. I left the door open after the kids went to sleep. I had 3 adults and 3 kids, 1 was a boy and was scared he would pee on grandpa during the nught so he preferred to sleep on the floor. So we slept the adults in one room and kids in the other. The weather was hot they very nicely brought us two fans and even offered 3 total. Tvs are all digital and flat screen good pictures too. The showers were great with nice pressure. But not all people are six feet so its been awhile since I stretched to rinse my hair. the shampoo was free but left my hair very tangly.The beds were so comfortable I wanted to sleep all day. The doors are to the outside I am not use to that since most of where I stay are on the inside of the hotel. But it had a nice community outside the doors. only stairs to get up stairs so if your legs are tired be prepared. Taco bell is right across the street with Jack in the box to the right and carls jrs to the left. Disneyland is not within walking distance unless you are 20 and love to get some exersize. Breakfast was nice hard boiled eggs, waffles, donuts, bagels, cereal, toast, juice, milk, coffee, tea, and apples. Cant say much more since I am running out of allowed words to type. hope this helps you select your hotel.

2 Adults + 3 Kids under 4 years old. First off, you have to understand, that this is hotel near Disneyland and is used mainly by people going to Disneyland. This was not meant to be a luxury hotel, so set your expectations accordingly. With that being said, it is a very good value for the money. We did have a minor problem with our room, which was fixed the same day. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We mainly used it to sleep in, and spent all the rest of our time at Disneyland. If this is what you are doing this is a great place to stay. We were a little over a mile from Disneyland and we chose to walk. Not a bad walk, but they are not at the maingate. There are many other hotels along the way, but again for the money it was a real value.

My family & I went to Disneyland; 4 adults, 1 child, 5 yrs old. The motel is about a mile from the park, so walking was out of the question. There is a shuttle service, (cash only), although we chose not to use it. We stayed in a two room suite, 2 queens in one room, & the next, a room with bunk beds & its own bathroom. There is a fridge & microwave, & both rooms had TV's. The room was very clean, although I saw a small piece of baseboard in the bathroom. The first morning, the bathtub was draining slow & the tub was full after 3 showers. The staff were notified & they took care of it right away. There is a pool & spa, an ATM & vending machines. Also, a continental breakfast every morning; the usual cold cereal & doughnuts, with the exception of hard boiled eggs, & a waffle maker! Very nice staff in the breakfast room! Very clean & attentive! I have to say, we got a GREAT price for this room! With so many choices of hotels, motels, ammenities & price ranges, it was a bargain.
