I liked a lot this hotel, the service was excelence, the room was very confortable, the bed inredible, the architecture was awsome, the only issue was the internet. I was disapointed to realize that the room did not have wireless internet service, you coulkd think since this is an expensive hotel that this is obvious, not, they charge a fee $* to use the internet in the room which is not wireless, it is cable!!!! even in a little town in Mexico they have i wireless in a hotel and included in the room rate. Also if you want to use wireless they have wireless in the lobby for US$* a day but you only can use it in the lobby and some close areas, not in the restaurants. I have a netbook to travel this netbook does not have an modem it has wireless so I could not use it in my room. and it was very unconfortable to be in the lobby working when i really wanted to be in my room.

My husband decided to get the Romance package at the hotel which included champagne, strawberries, and a king sized bed for my birthday. We get there and had to wait and extremely long time for the champagne and strawberries despite the fact he had requested it already be in the room when we arrived. He had previously paid for the stay so payment was not the issue. The worst part of the stay was the bed that obviously was not king sized and one could easily tell it was one of those beds that that pull down from the wall. The best part of the stay was the beauty of the hotel.

this is a huge hotel - and overall, it worked well for my purposes. I was traveling with a business associate and we were sharing a room. The beds are incredibly comfortable - we both loved them. Where the hotel needs to make a few small, but critical changes are here: there is only one mirror - in the bathroom. They have a tiny mirror in the closet - but you cannot get in to the closet to see yourself. There were two spaces on the wall where a full length mirror would be perfect. The other thing they need is a bathroom fan - Other than that - we had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel, all the 5star amenities. High Velocity is the pub style restaurant, Sear is the gourmet pretender. Enjoyed High Velocity's food better. The indoor/outdoor pool was great, although there is a roof panel missing, so in March it was a tad chilly in there. Close to all the downtown attractions, Coke, CNN, GWCC. Only thing missing was a Business Center with Internet access. Had to pay 40 cents per minute at the FedEx place in the basement, which of course was not open 24 hours. Did not want to lug my laptop.

We attended a recent sporting event in Atlanta and stayed here. The hotel was booked solid and we checked in at ""prime time"". Though the place was mobbed, the staff was pleasant and efficient. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We were just there over night, so we didn't get to take advantage of all of the ammenities but appreciated they were available. The only complaint was with regard to the parking. The hotel lot was full and we had to park at a location down the street. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
