Stayed there 7 nights. Every high school kid from the East coast was there. You can't tell me this is a high end hotel? Not in my eyes. Old, over priced and the power of advertising.

Not only was the hotel clean and in good condition but it was in a perfect location. It is located close to the airport and literally across the street from pointe Orlando. I also liked having the choice of valet or self parking. we were able to purchase a snack downstairs after midnight was an additional plus for me. Although it was only my husband and myself traveling, I found it to be a very family friendly hotel. The one drawback was that we were promised a king or queen bed and we received a double. I'm sure I could have complained and received what we were promised, but I did'nt feel like going back downstairs and then moving. The price I paid with travelocity also allowed me to be more accepting. Great deal!

The front desk was friendly. Room service bad. I called to let them know that the ice machine was out on my floor and they told me to try another floor. I asked, why should I have to go to another floor when you can just refill it. The first day of room service sucked. They left dirty towels and didn't give me clean ones. I had to call the desk 3 times within 30 minutes before someone finally came. The morning before I checked out, a guy came by to change the air filter, while I was getting dressed and trying to pack before 11:00 (check out time). Even thou it's a large building, it doesn't provide good enough service for a 4.5 star hotel.

not a 4 star hotel, needs some updating! Bathrooms are cramped, very bad plastic liner in the tub, covering up the tile they used to have, i guess?? The sink is out in the open, so not very private. Beds are comfy, but only thin sheets for covers. You will freeze at night. The parking lot is a nightmare, the spaces closest to the entrances are soooo close together, everyone gets a free door-ding as a souvenir! That is only if you park and don""t leave after noon! Otherwise, you have to park alllll the way on the end of the parking area in the back, the farthest location from the only elevators! Not exactly family friendly! They could at least build a parking deck, to have more spaces! I would not recommend this hotel, and do not intend to stay there again. It is trying to be a Peabody type location, but the truth is, it can't compete!! I would have done better staying at a motel 6, or super 8, so at least you could reach your car in 2-3 minutes if you needed to! What a disappointment!!! Also, I hope you don""t need to use the onsite laundry room, good luck if you lose your money, they won't replace it because it is serviced by an ""off-site facility"" wow, what great customer service they have!! NOT!!!!

Not exactly what I would call 4 Star, but it has room to improve. The parking situation is a nightmare, unless you want to pay for valet. The parking lot is at the very back of the building, with about 50 handicapped spots first, then the regular lot. The entrance to the hotel is completely at one end of the lobby, but the elevators is at the opposite end! You have to walk forever to get to them, and if you have kids, and have spent all day at the park, it will not be easy! There are closer spots, but they were always full after the sun goes down! Not to mention that they are WAY TOO CLOSE to each other, lots of door dings should be expected, so beware! Also, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfy, but not enough covers, you will freeze at night! And the bathroom tub is nowhere near up to par with what you would expect. The tub has a plastic liner in it, apparently it is a poor excuse for repairing the tile it may have had previously. The price was a good deal, but I feel we could have stayed somewhere nicer for less money, and less trouble! P.S. Lose your money in the onsite laundry, and they will tell you ""too bad"", it is serviced by an off-site company???? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!
