I had been to this hotel in the past and was not too impressed. We heard it was under new management and decided to try it out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We loved how close it is to the beach and pier. I will be back for sure!

While vacationing in Orlando, viisiting family, decided to not spend just a 1 day at the beach and we booked a room for the night, We arrived before check in and the the front desk staff was very accomodating allowing us to check in 3 hours early. We we given a courtyard room overlooking 1 of the 2 pools it has a cabana serving snacks a drinks. The room was average but very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour held every Tuesday by the management. The appitizers were just ok, veggie tray, cheese/crackers and chips/salsa. Because of the rain we decided to stay an extra night and had to move into a suite, we received a good rate on the upgraded room while was very clean and comfortable. There were not enough towels in the room for 4 guests and more were promptly brought up. The complimentary continetal breakfast was acceptable, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal. Convenient location to the Pier and shopping, a great steak house is next to the main lobby. We would stay here again, thanks to the kind, friendy staff and overall value.

We booked room on ocean, had some problems with the toilet, but they fixed it. Over all a great place, restaurant in front is very good, pier is easy walk, lots of places to party. Balcony was a winner. Plan on staying here often.

Booked hotel based on location to the Pier. When I booked on Travel website, I booked an Oceanview Suite, which is far from what was received. Because the hotel was full, we received a room furthest from the Ocean and the room stunk from sewage. I have sent complaints to travel website and Best Western which have gone unresolved. Save your money, find a better hotel.

Hotel was a bit spread out. Suites in one building that was not on water but behind another hotel. We were on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view. All rooms face the ocean, but higher rooms had better views. Ocean front rooms in separate hotel right on the water. There were about 4 or 5 separate buildings that were not complicated to figure out and all within very close walking distance to ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. I was afraid pier noise would keep us up late, but they were quiet around 11pm. We had a suite. Clean kitchen and rooms were nice. Used laundry facilites and they, too were fine, except there is only one washer and dryer in the suites building. Other buildings had more washers/dryers. Continental breakfast is in suites building. Cereals, breads, fruit. Nothing hot except toaster, coffee and oatmeal. We did not use the pool since beach so close. Pools are a bit small, but there is a pool for each building. Ours seemed to be in the shade most of the day. Main pool has little snack shack. Front desk employees were very nice. I used internet w/printer in lobby for free. Our room had free internet connection, too. Close to Publix grocery store, Ron Jon's, Wahoo's coffee across street (for those who like mochas) and good omelet restaurant a couple yards from lobby. We bought cheap boogie boards for the kids at Publix. Our kids are 11 and 14 and we felt fine letting them roam the hotel. Lobby is open to public, but separate buildings needed key cards to enter. They were also just adding brand new fitness equipment. We peeked in the fitness room. Small but nice machines. We would definetly go back.
