After reading the other reviews, I was leery of staying here. However, we did book the hotel and spent 3 nights. It was a great hotel for the price. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and corriders were cleaned daily and smelled fresh. We used the free Internet with no problems. It was close to Universal and across the street from Wet n Wild. Several times, we contacted the front desk for various things such as additional towels with no problems and prompt service. The pool was clean and well taken care of. I have no complaints and would stay here again.

The person at the front desk had to finish her personal call first..I heard everything before she would help me.. Then the room was a mess. hair still on the bathroom floor. Then on top of that IF there was a fire we could not get out the door right buy our room! But had to go a long way to a fire door. We were on the 3rd floor. Have stayed at alot of hotels in Orlando.. This I consider the most dangerous..Contacted the Fire Marshall about the locked doorway to the stairs. Scary... Would not Stay here again no matter what..

this was a bad smelling place, staff did not follow thru on requests, hard to find entrance, pool bar was not open and really needs to be torn down, never found hot tub nor laundry servces, they claim to have transport to sea world and disney but only leave 1 time a day there is a trolley right in front of hotel - liked the area around hotel plenty to do in walking distance but did not like the hotel

Me and my boyfriend were planning a trip to orlando for our anniversary. My job was to find a hotel which i didnt think would be too hard when i started looking and reading all of the reviews it got even harder alot of reviews said this hotel was messed up the drains were clogged and the doors were fallin of the hinges the elevators took too long. Well i didnt experience any of those things from reaching the hotel i was impressed i expected it to be a lil run down on the outside but it was very niice. The lobby was big and spacious and the front desk people were very helpful and corteouis. Our room was big and well organized the computer in our room suprised us. The bathroom was spotless and the only negative was that as soon as you opened the bathroom door the toilet was right there so it was kinda tight bt no biggie. We forgot somethings and front desk had housekeeping deliver them very fast. This hotel was absolutely amazing right on i-drive so many stores and restaurants to chek out the shuttles-everybody said dont relay on the shuttles but they were the best we went to sea world and universal and the shuttles were always on time! our vacation was perfect couldnt have been better!!! we loved this hotel and would def stay here again!!!
