Great location, right next to Legal Seafoods (great restuarant) and the Aquarium (crowded!). Quincy Market/Fanuel Hall is across street. Harbor with the boats is right there too and makes for a great walk at night. Room was small (2 double beds and a crib). The Air conditioning barely worked, we set it to 40 degrees Farenheight but it only got down to 70 something so it was always warm in our room and the AC kind of smelled like a basement (moist). The fridge in the room did not work very well either. It was a bit warm even though we turned it to the coldest setting. Indoor pool was a bit small, but a great view of the harbor from the pool patio (outside). We did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel so I can not comment on that. Upon checking out, the bellman got our luggage right away. Valet parking convenient, expensive () but very speedy to get our car. Overall we are very glad we stayed at this hotel because it was so convenient to everything - Quincy Market, Fanuel Hall, Carousel, Harbor, Aquarium, etc.

Wow, what a view. We were on the 5th floor facing with New England Aquarium and the Boston Harbor. The rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were the "famous" Marriot beds - down comforters, loads of pillows. The staff were very plesant and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Fanuiel hall, Quincy Market and the Freedom Trail. The Aquarium is across the street. The only thing not up to par was that the jacuzzi and pool were closed for maintenance.

The number one thing about this hotel is location. The hotel is right on the water and has breathtaking views. It is close to the Freedom Trail, the Aquarium, Fanuil Hall and Quincy Market, and the North End. Must go eat at Legal Seafood across the street. The hotel was quite comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you fly in, it is one of the first train stops. Very confinent, especially when you're hauling a ton of luggage! This was my first visit to Boston and can't wait to come back!

The rooms are nothing special, but perfect for what's needed. The area is wonderful and you can walk to everything popular. The staff was attentive and polite, and the hotel was clean.
The pool is really nice, and again, it's clean. Great hotel for families! We love the Marriott chain and try to choose them above all others no matter where we go.
The decor here is a bit 1980's when you come into the lobby, but really, it doesn't affect the quality of the hotel. -

A very unsatisfactory experience! Beds way too soft(back ach in the morning), bathrooms way too small. Towels stained and frayed, all vending machines were out of order and staff was unconcerned. We were not wearing top dollar fashion nor were we driving a top dollar car and the looks said it all. Stay elsewhere!
