The room was very large and clean. the pool looked inviting, we did not have time to swim but we did feel the water and it was heated as promised. We were not too happy with the breakfast (eggs were cold) but five year old still found plenty to eat. You could not beat the location. Plenty of activities close by, yet the hotel is not on a main, busy road.

Well when we got there @ 10:00 n the morning we were able to check n early, but when we got n the rm it smelled like urine. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is near lots of restaruants. Every morning they had a complimentery breakfast and it had a nice variety.The maids came and made up our beds every day, but they didn't change the sheets or leave enough towels. The rm ALWAYS felt damp and muggy and I really didn't sleep comfortably n the beds, but the saying is ""u get wut u pay for"". So for the money I guess it was ok, but when I go back in 2011, I WILL NOT be staying here again. Thanx but no thanx.

Just stayed there for 5 days, One block off busy international drive,but seems like your miles away/ Very nice hotel and staff , OK breakfast buffet and free beer and wine at night. In walking distance to shops,attractions,dining. We will stay here again

This hotel was great. I had my doubt's, especially after I read some ""not so good"" review's on this Hotel. But I decided to give it a chance & judge for myself. It was very nice & relaxing. We did have a little trouble with our Bathroom, but they were there right away to fix the problem. We also could not order movie's, due to their machine in our room not working properly, but that was no big deal. The people @ the Front Desk were very nice & helpful! Over all this was a nice hotel to stay in & my husband & I had a great Vacation in Orlando!

In the first 2 days we called maintenance 3 times. They responded promptly but were unable oi fix the furniture in the livinhg room that is in very bad condition. The pool is closed the first two days we were here. When I called to find out when it would re-open they said it was closed indefinitely. When I protested that this was unfair because we weren't told tha when we checked it, they said they had made arrangements for guests to use the pool at a neaby hotel. Not convenient, but tolerable. The second day they cleaned the room but left no clean towels. When we returned to the room, the front desk wasn't interested in solving the problem until I was insistent. The breakfast buffet is a great value, it has a variety of of hot and cold food, and the two days we're used it the hot buffet was different each day.Food quality was very good, geared to families. Overall I was disappointed because of the run-down atmosphere, but for the price, including saving by offering the breakfast buffet, I'd say it was okay fir the money, but not a great value, We're still here while I'm writing this because they charged the full stay to the credit card at check-in and any released funds will not be available for 14 days, so we can't move to another hotel. Guess it's called a captive audience...
