I recently took advantage of a special ""deal"" with online travel westsite which included airfare, hotel and SUV for my trip to Dallas. The flight and vehicle were perfect and to my surprise the hotel was nice too. I travel with a large working dog and was a little afraid to stay somewhere I'd not stayed before...but the price was right and I decided to give it a whirl. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and, while the hotel room was a bit outdated and the bathroom a bit small, it was clean and even had a Sleep-Number bed. The ""deal"" really was a ""deal"", I'd stay there again anytime!

Thru travelocity we were supposed to get a free breakfast for 2. Upon checking out we were told that we owed for both our room and room service. When I showed receipt of payment thru travelocity I was told it was taken care of. Today my account shows that I was charged 27.26 for the ""FREE"" breakfast. Communication between hotkle and travelocity not good!

Hotel location was excellent as we were going to the Cowboys game, only 2 miles from stadium! That's about it. Only 1 working elevator, on Thanksgiving! Had the web site said they were renovating I would have been prepared. Read reviews and problems from 4 months ago were still there. The hotel was evdently just becoming a Radisson, there was a temporary banner over the old hotel sign. I equate Radisson with upper end hotels. This one is not at this time. There are improvements being made, but still have a way to go. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, no faults at all there. Sleep number beds may take some getting used to, not good for short time use. Just adjustable air mattresses.
