I was very specific regarding the hotel location, as my trip was as an exhibtor at the Alanta Blade Show in the Cobb Galleria. The Travel online Agent said that this hotel was only a few blocks from the Show, within walking distance. However, that was not the case, it was more like a 45 min drive from the Cobb Galleria. I went ahead and booked it with the Agent's direction...he was indeed very ambitious for booking the hotel. (If your calls are recorded you can verify this info.) However, this was not the case and I had to look for another hotel closer to the Show. This was not fair to me, as I was on a tight schedule everyday to be at the Show. I don't feel it is right that your agent give information that is inaccurate and could be an added expense to me, the customer. The front desk clerks, managers and breakfast attendant were very friendly and accommodating, however, the air conditioning was not up to par and the room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom especially needed a better cleaning.
