My room was clean and nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Zero issues with the hotel itself. I even liked the shampoo. It was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was a bit awkward, as it was in the convention center across the way. The hotel is several blocks from the nearest casino (Caesar's), and those blocks can be a little scary at off hours. So, while the hotel itself seeemed safe, as soon as I got outside I did not feel safe. The best way to get to the boardwalk and casinos is to take the AC jitney. which picks up and drops at the convention center. At night, the jitneys to the CC are few and far between -- take a taxi.

Alright so I stayed two days at this hotel with two children and another adult. We had two double beds in the room. Upon entering the room, there was a mildew odor to the room. When you first glance at the room it seems clean but when you really look at the room closely, the rugs were filthy, the towels are dingy, and the tub could have used a good scrubbing. Even when you enter the lobby, you first think..''Oh this is nice'' but look more closely the lobby furniture is tattered and dirty. No one even came to our room to clean it..we had to get fresh towels ourselves. The pool was dirty which I refused to use. Beware of the overprice restaurants in the hotel especially the the Boulevard. $40.00 for slow service, lumpy oatmeal, disgusting omelette with toast and 19.00 for a buffett breakfast? I was very disappointed in the hotel, the cleanliness, and the food. We were to stay a third night but I refused to stay in this filthy hotel. To future guest spring for the next best thing before staying here..trust me you will thank me for the advice. The only positive that I could say was that the staff at the front desk was friendly and so was the valet but that is pretty much it

Hotel was wonderful. Fast check in, helpful staff, beautiful large room. The only hiccup I experienced was when I tried to ask the concierge about nice places to eat in the area. No one was available. Hotel rooms have HD flat panel television's that you can order movies that are still in theatres.Very clean bedding and bathroom. Restaurants in the hotel were a bit pricey but soooo convenient. Loved the miss america memorabilia displayed all over the hotel. I will definately be staying here again.

I went on a mini vacation with my friends for 3 nights and couldn't of picked a better place to stay.One block from shopping outlets,two or three from the casinos,four or five blocks from the boardwalk.great location. Room and bathroom were very clean, room had flat screen tv,great view, the pool was nice.beds were very comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud! I would definitely stay here again. Hotel Parking was $15 a day. they also had a nice small gym near the pool area and internet on the second floor one hour free or u can pay for wifi. I recommend this hotel.great experience!

My girlfriends and I went to Atlantic City to get away from NYC. We read the reviews about the hotel and they were not good. But to be honest the hotel was very nice, clean, modern. We had fab time and the hotel is beautiful. People were friendly and kind. The room service was very helpful. All in all 5 all the way
