The room was clean but outdated. The pillows smelled like a smoker ( in a non-smoking room). The bathroom appears to be built for short people (I am 5' 8" and that is short). You have to bend over to use the sink and the shower head sprays directly at your chest. Cigarette smoke came through the door from the hallway. Reno is a night city but you will not get your needed sleep at Eldorado. The staff members were banging away and talking aloud around 6:30 am. We got so frustrated that we HAD to get up. We will never recommend Eldorado to anyone (even our enemies) and we will not stay there again. For the price, we will rather deal with the noisy kids at Circus Circus which is much cheaper.

From the Valets to the front desk to the housekeeping, the employees at the Eldorado were super friendly and nice and helped us with anything we had questions with. The suite was amazing and had the most incredible view of the city. It's centrally located so it makes it easy to walk around the city and check out the other hotels and souvenir shops. The restaurants had the best wait staff and the pork chops were LEGIT!!! All and all, I would definitely recommend staying here and I am coming back again for sure.

We arrived late, around 11:15 PM, and were greeted by a wonderful front desk attendant who not only made us feel right at home but also granted us a room upgrade. The room was very nice and the bed was outstanding. It was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The hotel staff seemed to want to go the extra mile to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience. There were excellent food choices. Tivoli Gardens was open 24 hours with a vast menu and an incredible assortment of pies and cakes. There were 4 Star caliber restaurants such as La Strata. You will not be disappointed. The casino was well ventilated and had a nice offering of slots and table games. If you are vacationing during baseball season, the new Reno Aces stadium is only a few blocks away. We will undoubtedly book our next Reno stay at Eldorado.

They are located in the middle of town which is great, you can walk instead of driving to most places. Valet is around the back, very efficient. The room wasn't ready but that was only because I requested an adjoining room. The price was great, beds comfy, and coffee delicious! My next stay in Reno will be at this hotel.
