My husband and I recently visited Durango to do some touring around the area. The hotel staff was great in assisting us with directions, suggestions, etc. The grocery is practically across the street as well as a great little sandwich shop. This hotel served us well, and was extremely well-priced for this high tourist area.

The pool is very nice. The room was outdated, and had a half-inch gap at the bottom of the door where a weather strip was supposed to be. This probably explained the spider on the wall and bug in the tub. The key cards worked only half of each day, and had to be re-keyed at least once daily. Overall, we would spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere nicer.
