  The hotel is just off Washington Road and very convenient to many restaurants and the interstate. It is a very quiet area. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They have free internet service. In the evenings they have a different selection of snacks which are pretty good (wings one night, BBQ another, etc.). The rooms are clean and well maintained. Lots of room to spread out and get work done or just relax.

  Customer service the worst i have ever seen and i have been all over the world.the night staff knows nothing about customer service and needs serious restaffing.
