We had a great stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it for families. We took our four grandchildren, ages 5,7,9,and 11 on a Disneyland Adventure. This hotel was close to the park, offered a breakfast included in the price, and a pool for the kids to cool off and unwind after a long drive over to CA. There were pleny of fresh towels poolside, and a shower as well. The front desk staff were friendly, and gave the kids COOKIES at check-in. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and was clean, well stocked, and saved us $$$$ each day. (Eggs, bacon, sausage, hot bisquits and gravy, cereal choices, toast, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, hot chocolate.) The room was nice, and plenty of space for the six of us. I would definitely stay there again. We stayed three nights, and had no complaints.

10/21/2008Our room was wonderful! the staff was very friendly. one problem is that when i had problems with walking (knee problems) and needed a wheelchair assistance it wasn't available.

The hotel was located a little further than originally thought; but the walk was nice. It is located near Garden Mall which was a gorgeous outdoor place that we visited our first night. The hotel room was fine...clean - nicely done & comfortable. The morning breakfast was quite substantial - seemed to offer something for everyone...I would recommend & stay here again

This hotel was kinda old and run down. Also, one of my main preferences when booking a hotel is free breakfast. The breakfast was not so good. The eggs were a strange consistency and the bacon was paper thin. The room was just so so. The staff are the only reason that I'm rating this hotel a three star rather than a one star. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The Hotel was filthy, the staff was rude and the pool was a joke. We were so disappointed in this hotel we didn't even stay. We were told that we could cancell our reservations, which we did and checked in at another Hotel, down the street to. We are so angry that our account has been charged for two nights and after talking with the Hotel and Travel website, this matter is stil unresovled. .
