We were satisfied with the hotel. Only surprise was to find out that there is a $* charge for the shuttle each way to the airport. There was no mention of a charge in the info on the hotel. No restaurant in the hotel. We were directed next door for cocktails and only had sandwiches for dinner purchased at the neighboring hotel. Easy access to underground train from downtown Boston.

Very pleased with this experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and well-informed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers an airport shuttle for five bucks, and you also get free breakfast, free wifi, and warm cookies in the evening. The location itself didn't seem to be in a great part of town, but it was a very convenient distance from the airport and the subway. There was also a liquor store nearby ;always a plus!n and this really neat Asian grocery store right across the street that had Japanese sodas and imported snacks. I had no trouble getting to downtown Boston on the subway, and the shuttle took less than 15 minutes ;in rush hour traffic; to get me to and from Logan airport. This probably isn't the best place to stay if you're a tourist looking for someplace scenic with a lot of interesting things in walking distance, but for a traveling computer nerd who wanted something clean, comfortable, and convenient with easy access to the internet and the airport, this can't be beat.

The room was small, the toilet didnt flush correctly, the remote for the tv was broken, the wall paper was being kept up with staples, the heater gave off a terrible smell when turned on, the vestibule smelled like bums were living in it and the surrounding area looked like rape central. Also, unless you are coming from the highway, your GPS will not get you there.

This is an average hotel that is reasonably priced and therefore, a bargain if you want to stay in a major city. It is a less than half a mile walking distance to the "T" station in a neighborhood that feels safer if you are with someone especially at night. Our room was ok - smelled musty and old but otherwise looked clean enough. Some perks include free internet, a small refrigerator in the room and free breakfast.

Arrived, via Dartmouth Coach, from Lebanon, NH at Logan Airport, called Holiday Inn to come pick me up which they did in approximately 20 minutes. Check in was automatic, was greeted by name. No problems at all. Room was standard. Was awakened in AM and shuttle arrived on time and delivered me to airport at approiate time. Everyone was very courteous.
