THE ROOM WAS SMALLER THAN WE HAVE BEEN IN BEFORE FOR A LA QUINTA INN THE FRONT DESK AND THE PERSONNEL WERE TERRIFIC THE ROOM WAS QUIET, AND WE WERE NEAR AN ELEVATOR THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN AND COULD NOT GET THE HUMIDITY OUT OF THE ROOM AT ANY TEMPERATURE YOU HAD TO HOLD YOUR HAND DOWN ON THE FLUSH HANDLE IN ORDER TO COMPLETELY FLUSH THE TOILET THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT THE FOOD WAS NOT REPLENISHED, IT WAS CROWDED TOO THE BED WAS HARDER THAN I HAD EXPERIENCED BEFORE AND THE PILLOWS WERE ALL THE SAME DENSITY

The hotel was suppose to have been remodeled and our room was not. You could open a drawer and no bottom would be there. The shower knob could turn and turn and you didn't know if you had hot or cold water. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

02/19/2009When we went out and came back to the room, the key would not work. we had to make numerous trips to the front desk to solve this problem.

The door to my room did not fit in the door frame. I ended up stuffing a towel in the space between the door and the door frame, and was able to get two hand towels in there. I could watch people walk by the room and hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. The night desk worker was nice! Everyone else was friendly and helpful. My standards aren't really high, but the lack of a proper door would make me not stay again.
