The hotel was lovely and everything was just as we like it, with the possible exception of the height of the bed, I am short and had a hard time getting in it. But otherwise it was great.

This hotel was clean, friendly, and so convenient to the public transportation, which we needed to get to our son's home. We loved being so close to the port--the Saturday Farmer's Market is great, and we enjoyed the proximity of the shopping and the vendors. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again.

This hotel was clean, friendly, and so convenient to the public transportation, which we needed to get to our son's home. We loved being so close to the port--the Saturday Farmer's Market is great, and we enjoyed the proximity of the shopping and the vendors. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again.

This hotel was great. We upgraded to belong to the Regency Club where breakfast, snacks, drinks and dessert were available throughout our stay. The view from there was incredible and we spent many hours chatting and relaxing while enjoying the sights. The location was fabulous - close to the Metro and the Cable Car. We were able to experience the whole San Francisco tourist scene including The Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Alcatraz Island, Union Square, Shopping, The Cannery and we even managed to see Beach Blanket Babylon in North Beach without transportation issues. This was a great experience for my son who is 15 and had never been to San Francisco. I also had a great time showing him the sights from my many visits as a tourist.
