  We checked in on Friday night about 9:30pm. The a/c rattled when we checked in. We were too worn out to move that night after moving all of our stuff plus kids up and down stairs. We called first thing the next morning and were able to get into a larger downstairs room for only $10.00 extra(plus tax). The front desk was very courteous, and *** especially went out of her way to help us out. She also assisted us in getting a room for our friends in the very next building. The parking lot is also very well-lit and safe. We will be back again this summer."
