  To start the whirlpool hottub was not working, then lets see the pool was shut down. The exercise room was a joke. Tredmill did not work. You go walk very slowly on it but if you tried to run it would just stop. I was here in July and it was the same problem. You would think in 2 months they could figure it out. The only reason I came back is because my son is going to and they give you a deal. I would be even madder if I paid full price.

  this hotel is very elegant. the rooms are very clean and smell fresh. nice pool. spa was locked :( but it looked nice! the staff was very helpful and pleasant. the location was great right off I 95. The area the hotel was in wasnt the best town but the hotel it self was wonderful!

  I really liked the location, the moderate size and the inside corridors. The room was very comfortable for our 6 night stay. The location is convenient to Florence and the interstate. I wasn't happy with the continental breakfast, and would have preferred better quality food, but there were restraunts nearby, so we used them. I'll probablystay there again.

  We did not arrive until 1am due to weather related problems, but they were very nice about making sure the rooms were still there waiting for us. They also helped us locate the hotel when we arrived in Florence.The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but we could smell smoke in them. The bathrooms, however, were fairly clean.The desk clerks when we checked in & out were not very helpful, but managed to get things taken care of quicker than I expected.
