When I arrived, no one was there at a tiny office. Then he ended up giving me a smoking room while I specifically booked a non-smoking room. He refuse to change it for me. Things got worse. The heater was not working in room 25. I asked him repeatedly to fix it, but he did not. I ended up sleeping in my jacket. I know this Inn is cheap, but it is not worth the money, I would not stay in this place again.

My husband and kids stayed at the hotel in there room with two beds. We were hesitant at first of the location, but later found out that we were walking distance to Market st. Which was plus since we didnt have to drive thru the city, and used the public transportation that was close by and it took us everywhere. The price was budget friendly for the room. Funny enough our room also had a view that oversaw the skyscrappers and you can see some of the bay bridge, something that we werent expecting. The frontdesk was very knowledgebale of the area, gave us all the directions we needed to get to places. One thing that the property didn't have is an ELEVATOR. It is not easy carrying luggages up floors. But beside that we enjoyed our stay, and will defintly stay again!

I've traveled for business hundreds and hundreds of times in my career. This hotel and room was simply disgusting and I am not prone to exagerration. It was so overpriced. The room smelled. The bathroom was tiny. I had a suite and it was NOT a suite. Nothing worked. The couch was dirty beyond anything you could imagine. I asked for a sheet to put over it but I still felt gross sitting on it. I don't know what else to say. It's not in a good area of town and the doors to the room are not indoors. I never felt safe. Each morning I wondered if my car would still be in the parking area. It was very noisy too even thought it's back off the street. I just couldn't believe I had pre-paid through Travel agent for this hotel. Travel agent should remove this hotel from it's site completely. Please - stay away.
