I stayed here one day with my son. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, 5 star service was given. Beautiful through out.. My only complaint, is with the undercover security guy who was too cool to give us directions to the upstairs lounge. He acted like he worked for the secret service hahaha he's making maybe $ per hour..

The Ritz Carlton Atlanta is by far the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The customer service was impeccable. From the moment you walk in, the staff waits on you hand & foot. Anything you could possibly want is available at your fingertips. The city is beautiful as well. Even the most basic rooms are absolutely gorgeous. My only advice - don't walk around the city alone late at night. There are some bums in the area after it gets dark. Other than that, it was the most amazing travel experience I have ever had. I now stay there everytime I go to Atlanta.

Everyone on the staff went above and beyond, they truly pride themselves on customer service at every level!! They were extremely helpful catering to all of our requests. The food was fantastic, and the room service was very quick. Room was very clean and the beds were very very comfortable. The hotel is conviently located near lots of shops/restaurants and a mall. It is about a blockfrom the subway, not too far from the aquarium about a 10 min walk, and only about a 15 min car ride to turner field and the zoo. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone staying in Atlanta, and I would definately stay there again!!!!!

My husband and I went on a quick trip to Atlanta. The service at this hotel was impeccable. The staff was very efficient and made us feel as if our comfort and needs were important. The cleaning staff cleaned and straightened our room twice a day and did not hesitiate to quickly answer our requests. The room was very clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of many resturants and other night life. It is also near the Underground Mall. Although the valet was quick and professional, it was a little expensive, $27/day. There is a parking lot across the street that is more reasonable but it does not have an attendant at night. Overall, the hotel was great!

At first I was disappointed. The room could have been any hotel and I was expecting so much more from the Ritz. (I actually thought it would have been nicer at Embassy Suites.) There was no radio, no music stations and very few TV stations, the room was small as was the bath. The next morning I kindly told the concierge I was disappointed, though really couldn't complain because it was nice--just not what this Cinderella had dreamed of as The Ritz. They were more than responsive: immediately took us by chaffeur to our lunch, offered a complimentary breakfast for the following morning, and said they would share my comments with the manager. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from the manager and was informed we were being moved to a suite. Upon arrival I found the new room to be all I had expected.....they even had music playing already. Given this level of attention I decided to definitely try the restaurant (I don't usually eat at hotels) and I am so glad I did! The food was pricey but exceptional. Make sure and ask for Jeremy the omelet chef! All in all I would recommend this hotel, just know what you want before assuming it's what you think it will be.
