I stayed at this hotel for 3 days for business a couple of years back. At the time, the down stairs was under renovation. I must say that the room I was in had the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in in my life, bar none! The feather bed and the linens were fit for a queen. I found the room extras to be first rate-coffee service-internet-iron-bath room quality. The view from my room, which over looked the lake out back, was wonderful at night, when I'd turn off the room lights, open the drapes, and let the lights reflect off the lake below on to my room ceiling. The restaurant was first rate and the lounge was great. One could not ask for nicer or more helpful staff. Would stay at this hotel and only this hotel if ever in Charlotte again.

I have had to travel alot and to all different cities and different hotels. This hotel was by far the cleanest hotel that I have encountered. The staff was absolutely wonderful and were extremely willing to help out. The restaurant on site was great and everything was easy to find.

This is a very nice & very clean hotel. Well worth the money. Location was great, within walking distance of lots of restaurants & shopping. Pool was clean & well kept. There was also security walking around checking on things which is nice to have in Charlotte. The rooms on executive level were very nice, would definetly stay there again.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, front desk service was great and helpful. I was disappointed that on line when I booked the hotel it was stated that there was free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. This was a huge factor for me as I needed to travel back and forth to the University of NC at Charlotte quite often, when I got to the hotel I was informed that this service was only provided Mon thru Thursday and not on the weekends. This was not stated on the website and I had to pay 10$ everytime I wanted to go to the University or anywhere that I could not walk. (this was each way) I did let them know at the front desk that I was disappointed about this and the woman did write down my complaint. This needs to be stated on the webpage clearly because it did get quite expensive to go anywhere.
