The Hyatt Place was an absolutely delightful experience. Everytime we walked in and out, a front desk person greeted us and asked us how our accomodations were. The rooms are decorated to be very contemporary which we liked. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour gym, available food that you can purchase whenever from the Guest Kitchen, and great little nooks for sitting and eating. The pool is a little bit on the small side, but it is very clean and they provide guest towels so you don't have to pack your own! There are actually no restaurants in the hotel, but it is right next to a bunch of them. Everything was provided for us, and we loved the Hyatt Place.

We traveled with our three grandchildren to Disney and stayed here for a few nights. The children loved the place and the staff knew the names of the children after meeting the children once. The large chocolate chip cookies were the best hot out of the oven. Perhaps of more interest, when we arrived home, the children played vacation. They prefered this hotel to the resort at Disney. It was fun to watch the children pretend to vacation here, then pretend to go to the Disney resort and comment on various things they found fault with at the Disney Resort. The children gave this hotel a five star review and Disney a two star review.
