Spending $*I didn't think to ask about central Air Conditioning. The room had a wall A/C unit under the window, next to the bed, that blew on me all night. I went to sleep on the couch and then couldn't walk for 3 days because my back hurt. In the future, I know to call the hotel and ask if they have central air/heat.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and newly redone. The price was a good value. I would give them an A++ for customer service. They were very friendly, helpful, and the night clerk even remembered me by name. I have a very odd name, so I was pleasantly suprised! I am in a wheelchair, so the rooms worked out pretty well. There was a walk-in shower, which is something I always have to have. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend anyone else who is looking to stay in that area. Almost exactlly in the middle of Kings Island and the Cincy Zoo.

A perfect room. New, stylish, spacious. HUGE flat screen TV. This hotel is a lot like the 'W' in San Francisco, but it's a fraction of the cost and has a nice free breakfast buffet, too. Will definitely try to stay in other 'Hyatt Place' properties. Front desk staff was also efficient and friendly.

I needed a good location at a great price. I found a last-minute e rate for this location and it turned out wonderful. I am always suspicious of locations and motels that I have not frequented before. This place may be a little pricey normally, but with the special deal it was just what I needed. I would definitely consider the Hyatt again when traveling to the CIncinnati area.
