  We were in town for pleasure and shopping. the hotel was excellent, clean, well-staffed and friendly. will definitely be our choice to stay next time we are in town

  This is a clean hotel with modern decor. The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity along with different shops. The area is well lit and gives you a secure and safe feeling.

  I had stayed at this hotel about a year ago and could not believe the changes that have been made. I got to the hotel at 11pm and was able to order hot food right there. The rooms are great; 42 inch HD TV, nice sectional couch. We also had a meeting in the meeting room on site that went very well. The food again was very good and the staff was excellent! I will start staying at this hotel whenever I come to Alpharetta.

  The hotel was nice enough, rooms were very nice with plasma TVs, bar & couch. We booked these rooms to spend the night after the Eagle's concert at the new Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and were assured that the shuttle (that took us to the concert) would also be available to pick us up. Needless to say, after the concert there was no shuttle to be found and when we called the hotel it appeared that the front desk staff had no idea that this new venue had opened, where it was or that it was opening night for the Eagle's. When we got back to the hotel,there was a lobby full of angry people that had walked back just like we did! I'd stay there again but not with the intention that a shuttle would make it easier for us to go to a concert.

  The rooms were run down and the wallpaper and the paint were coming off the walls. the beds were not comfortable and the air conditioning did not cool properly.
