Excellent for visiting Universal and short drive to Disney! Pros: very clean room Upon arriving I checked the beds for bugs and didn't find anything but clean mattresses and typical FL humid room but with the A/C on all was well, and very comfortable sleep. Close to restaurants, attractions, washier and dryer available on 2nd floor, you can purchase attraction tickets in the lobby (and of course sign up for a timeshare presentation, but u don't have to), free parking, GREAT staff, small game room and vending on the lobby floor, and free breakfast. Cons: Free breakfast (my kids and I got sick both times we tried eating it so we stopped, the eggs smelled like fish and my husband saw the girl bring them out in a bag, yuck). The eating area fills up very quickly as well but McDonalds Bistro is across the street and they serve more than the avg. McDonalds like quesidillas AND they have a game room for kids which is great! Also, there is no business center to check email, etc. Overall I would definetly stay here again and I would recommend it for families as well.

I stood here back in October and I didn't take full advantage of the breakfast that was offered then. But this time I did. The eggs were great and not watered down. They use Egg Beaters to make the eggs and the juice is not watered down either. The staff remember me from back in October and treated my like family and as an old friend. This is great deal for the price. As far as the TV being fuzzy that is just the connection which can be fixed by pushing the wire on the wall side. Also alot of times the fuzzy picture is just from poor signal from the outside cable source. I know this because I've worked for a cable company. You can hit all the major roads and highways from this hotel.

THis is a 2 star hotel. The TV connection was fuzzy, the breakfast was poor. The waffles were good, eggs were too watered down, as was the juices. But is you want a cheap hotel with minimum luxury this is a good hotel.

I stayed here for 8 days in October and it is a good hotel. You can access the I-Ride Trolly system from 2 different stops, one to the north which is G2 South and one to the south which is G4 South. You can access the Lynx public transit system at the south I-Ride bus stop. It is within walking distance to Universal Orlando Resort which is around 3 NY blocks. I would recommend that you buy either a Lynx multi-ride bus pass or I-Ride multi-ride pass it you're going to be using the service multiple times in different directions. There is a Friday's to the south across the street of the I-Ride G4 south stop. There is a Burger King and a few other resturants as well as a Walgreens to the north and northwest of the hotel but still within the parking area. There is also a McDonald's, Waffle House, and Hooters to the north and northwest of the hotel just across the street. The hotel crew is pretty pleasent. For the price, it exceeded it's star rating and value. They also offer free breakfast.

The hotel was exactly as reviewed....if you choose to walk to Universal its about a 10 minute walk. Conveniently located near a Walgreens in case you forget something. Shuttle to parks were great!
