The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and quiet, good value. However, I would not stay here again as the neighborhood was did not look safe and we definitely did not walk anywhere.

This hotel was such a pleasant suprise. The staff was so helpful - offering directions and restaurant recommendations. The location is great - close proximity to Granville Island, Yaletown, downtown. Rooms were very clean, beds super comfy, & the showers were awesome. Rooftop workout room has a pingpong table & large balcony with great views of the city. Secured parking garage with very reasonable rates (*/night). Dining tip: We did takeout pizza from Panago (within walking distance in Yaletown, on Pacific Blvd) & ate on the balcony of the rooftop workout room.

Location of hotel is fantastic -- unfortunately, there were no places to eat a quick breakfast. When we visited the hotel hot tub to our disappointment the first night it was out of order and the second day the water wasn't hot - not even close. Staff is friendly and it is a good buy for the money.

I needed to head to St. Paul's Hospital for my yearly check-up. My first time to this hotel, and I liked it. I was only 3 blocks away from the hospital. Since that I was injured, the hotel had its shuttle to drop me off at the hospital. The room was nice, and the front desk people were very friendly, and helpful. I especially liked the fact that the Airporter stops at the hotel-so no more cabs to/from the airport( thank goodness).

I needed to head to St. Paul's Hospital for my yearly check-up. My first time to this hotel, and I liked it. I was only 3 blocks away from the hospital. Since that I was injured, the hotel had its shuttle to drop me off at the hospital. The room was nice, and the front desk people were very friendly, and helpful.
