  First of all, the staff was very nice and incredibly helpful. The hotel was easy to get to and convenient to all the areas we were visiting in Albuquerque. Unfortunately, the room was really dingy and a little dirty. The pillow cases on one of the beds were stained. I went to the desk and was given clean cases but that's still a little icky! The bathroom was clean but in desperate need of refurbishing. The tub was cracked and stained. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke when we arrived... opening the window did help. Overall, not at all worth the price they charge.

  Great hotel with decent pricing. Nice comfy beds, very clean bathrooms. I love the colors in our room, very soothing. Good sound proofing, it's just off the highway & we'd never know it.

  Most of staff was very unfriendly. The nite we checked in I felt like we interferred with the girl's social life. Bad first impression of hotel. Then we find the window in the room to be broken. Maid service was very poor. Couldn't get them to give us coffee in the rm no matter what I tried. One day they left 1 bed unmade while they made the other, another day they leave 3 towels insted of 4 (we are a family of 4) and left a cleaning rag instead. For over $* a nite we should have gotten better service and a friendlier staff.

  This hotel looks nice but looks are deceiving. First, it's not in the best part of town, creepy poeple wandering around after dark. Breakfast was a horrible excuse for food. The bathroom door was falling apart and the tub was cracked and dingy, not putting my kids in there! The bedding was nice, but not worth the price. Stayed elsewhere the second night, less expensive and much nicer!!! Glad we were only there a short time.10pm-8am

  A decent hotel for the money. This hotel is what you would expect from a Comfort Inn.My only complaint is the indoor pool was COLD. I thought it would be heated. The hot tub was very large and would accomodate 15 to 20 people.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
