  We were on a trip to visit UNC and Duke. This Comfort Inn was perfectly situated between them. There are several places to eat next door and across the street, as well as a shopping center with a grocery store for those bottles of water. The breakfast buffet at the Comfort Inn offered many choices, and the room was in very good shape. The beds were comfortable. What more could you want?

  Rooms (King suite) were very large, plenty of room for three of us. Bathroom best I've seen in this price range. Breakfast was good, staff very helpful. Very good value for money; in fact we wanted to stay longer and the hotel was full. Had to switch to a different, more expensive and much less nice place. Would definitely stay here again, would be my first choice in Chapel Hill area.

  This hotel is older, yet very clean. The service and personnel were fabulous EXCEPT for the nighttime person. We came in at 11:30 p.m. one night and needed a roll-a-way bed. The young man at the desk said he didn't know if they had any, and didn't have any keys to access places to look for one. When requested to call a manager for information, he refused. Spoke with the General Manager the next morning to register our complaint. He took our name and address and promised to make it up to us by sending a voucher for a future stay on him. Only five days later, but still haven't received it.

  This was a clean, quiet motel and an excellent value. nice thick towels and convenient to chapel hill. will stay again when in the area.
