  Attracted by the smoke-free policy...i could book online and not worry about the availablility of a non-smoking room at check-in (unlike other 3-star hotels). all ...

  Attracted by the smoke-free policy...I could book online and not worry about the availablility of a non-smoking room at check-in (unlike other 3-star hotels). All staff were professional, friendly and helpful, the room and the hotel facility were very clean and up-to-date w/modern, tasteful carpet and furnishings, comfortable bed with sheets protecting comforter and no bedspread (for those of us that wonder how clean the blanket and bedspread are), soft pillows, balcony, nice shower. Pool and hot tub were very clean and in working order, fitness room was well-equiped and clean, breakfast was good, large selection, made-to-order...again staff very personable. Will stay at a Marriott from now on wherever the destination

  Here's what you get: a key and a lady with an attitude that barely speaks english. the manager was ""too busy"" to hear my complaints. will never stay again ...
