  I have stayed in several hotels in the Des Moines area and this by far is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very dirty and the staff was not the friendliest. Check out time was 11am and at 10:30am the front desk was calling our room as a reminder that check out was at 11am. Very rude in my opinion.
