  Nowhere did our reservation say that all double queen rooms are smoking, and then the staff was not helpful and even rude.

  Requested non-smoking room. room and hallways smelled of musty smoke. room was dirty. walls paper thin and rooms noisy. hotel not very secure. staff not very friendly.

  I do not suggest this place in the least bit. did half-truths about having internet access and no handicap rooms and then gave us a room as far away ...

  I do not suggest this place in the least bit. Did half-truths about having internet access and no handicap rooms and then gave us a room as far away from an outside door as possible. Called the front desk when there was nothing for internet and was informed originally that there wasn't internet in smoking rooms. One computer up front where desk guy hung over my shoulder most of the time. Good point was the night desk clerk that closed up the lobby who said that there wasn't in any of the rooms. Only good part of the stay there was his politeness.

  We accidentally left our digital camera at the hotel. the hotel claimed that they don't have it. many broken windows in the pool area, making it impossible to swim ...

  We accidentally left our digital camera at the hotel. The hotel claimed that they don't have it. Many broken windows in the pool area, making it impossible to swim indoors in the winter. The indoor pool was not heated (making it awful with the many broken windows with 30 degree temperature outside); the jets in the ""hot"" tub did not work, nor was the water warm in the ""hot"" tub. Very dirty rooms.
