  Stayed two nights for business at this hotel - near the Galleria & business centers, so very convenient. Hotel was very clean, quiet area, rooms nice - bed very comfortable! Staff was pleasant and helpful overall. Shuttle service VERY nice - they will take you anywhere in the area (work, shopping, restraurants) and pick you up either at a prearranged time or by a quick call. Restaurant is adequate and convenient, but recommend you eat elsewhere if you want anything special or a "dining experience." And the Swans are a lovely addition and rather soothing to watch.

  The hotel is excellent. it is fairly near a major thoroughfare with many restaurants, and also near a shopping mall. the staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. ...

  The hotel is excellent. It is fairly near a major thoroughfare with many restaurants, and also near a shopping mall. The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. The pool was a bit cold, but that's a minor point. On the whole, nothing but compliments. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

  Stayed at the Embassy Suites Near the Galleria recently. The kids really enjoyed the two beautiful live swans that were kept in the atrium pond. The employees were really friendly, thank you Eugene. We enjoyed the full course breakfast. The variety was excellent, cooked food and service fair. There were not many people at the hotel. We enjoyed the space and layout of the atrium. The front desk staff were excellent, thank you Laura. The indoor heated swimming pool was on the smaller side. The family really enjoyed the stay. The kids wants to see the swans again!
