The staff in general are rude. The only person who was a pro was the conceirge. No one else smiled or seemed to care about service. I only ate one meal there - a continental breakfast that was over priced for what was offered.

Concierge was very helpful, taxi's are just outside and that was nice. the rooms were very small i shared w/my daughter, she practically had no room to get around her bed. We requested no house cleaning just fresh towels as i always clean up after myself and housekeeping was very upset by that and on last day, began harassing us to get into the room long before check out. food was expensive but found a nice little place right up the street about 5 min walk away.

The ""full English breakfast"" at the hotel was the same everyday. Housekeeping was poor. I traveled with my 2 young boys and their messes of wrappers on the floor, leftover juice in a glass, etc... were never cleaned up. During our entire stay the room was never vacuumed; glasses and toiletries were never replaced. The real icing on the cake was when I sat on the bed and a mattress boxspring wire broke through the fabric and poked my leg. Housekeeping said they took care of it but their response was pretty apathetic. After that experience, I don't think I would stay here again.
