  A comfortable hotel for tourists and business people. The location is great--one block from the Russell Square tube station, on a direct line from Heathrow, and 2 blocks from the British Museum. The hotel is safe and secure. (A room key is needed to go up in the elevator.)The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a busy location, but it was not noisy. Rooms are small, but well-appointed and immaculately clean. I would definitely stay here in future visits.

  Spent a full week at this hotel while on a business trip and found it quite comfortable. Internet was a little bit pricey but I think that may be just London in general.

  This hotel is one block from the tube, right at Russel Square. There are lots of small, good restaurants in the area and a small market on the corner. One can take the Picadilly line from Heathrow directly to the stop 1/2 block from the hotel which can save a lot of money. The rooms are very comfortable and bright and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and will recommend this hotel to our friends (although it is in no way ""quaint,"" but modern and spotless).

  If on a budget for a vacation, this is great hotel, but not recommended for a business traveler. One block from Russel Square (Piccadilly Line) tube station - 1 hr from Heathrow (using the tube - cheapest way to travel), 2 stops from Piccadilly Circus, walking distance to the British Museum, and the Hop-On/Off busses stop two blocks away. The rooms are small, so I wouldn't be able to work in this room.
