Room had a bad oder. It smelled very musty and/or moldy. If you are handicapped or have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. You must go up or down stairs to get to all rooms. Some of the parking lot is on a pretty steep incline. Walls are paper thin. We were woke up each morning by the shower in the room above and beside us. There was a clanging/banging noise in the wall/ceiling every night we were there. I suspect it was the water pipes. The room was not the cleanest and the pillows were showing their age and were lumpy. Was not able to access wireless internet connect from my room.

Not usually a complainer but sick over that trip. We stayed in this hotel and the first problem was that the A/C didn't work well. This wasn't near as bad as the ant problem that we had. My wife bought some specialty chocolate to give away but by morning, the ants just about carried them away in swarms. When I notified the front desk, they did not appear to care when I asked for half of my money back. I explained to them that the amount was twice what I would have paid for the roach motel down the strip. I came home and emailed corporate who said they would issue a credit. After 4 months and 6 emails, they did finally send a partial credit for one of the days. This did not even cover the cost of the damage to our stuff. What a lousy hotel. This hotel was dirty, musty, and pool was not well kept. I have stayed at HJ before and have always had good experiences.

We were looking for a place with a descent pool close to the strip. It was a great location - easy to get to all 3 outlet malls and real close to the strip. The pool was older but nice. It was usually pretty full of people. Nice playground. Our room was okay - a little dirty and smelled musty. The breakfast was a joke. If you were not willing to wait 30 minutes for a waffle then you had to settle for a doughnut. As people often say - you get what you pay for, I guess. Seventy dollars was a little steep for this.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked new. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have wirelsess internet in the rooms. They did however have internet in the lobby.

The room we stayed in was DISGUSTING to say the least. In our room there was ants crawling all over the room, in the bathroom and on the floors. There was leftover pizza on the floor, crumbs and whole sausages from the pizza. When I infromed the staff of the ant probled all they said was "Oh, we will have to give it ANOTHER spray then." They let guests stay ther very well knowing that they had an ant problem. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone.
