  The Hilton Baynunah is not a 5 star hotel as it claims. the facilities and services and equivalent to 3 star. Hear the ruling family owns it thats why it has a 5 star rating. Service is rubbish and staff are incompetent. They rip you off on their various charges for internet connection. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
