Rooms were up to Hampton Inn's standards. However, the motel was undergoing remodeling. No tables for breakfast. Selection was slim. Desk personnel were helpful in giving directions to area resturants and business. Would stay again in Asheville if reconstruction is finished.

Had a 2 night stay here with my family for a Biltmore visit. We are usually big Hampton Inn fans because you get a nice quality and good value. This Hampton was no exception. The room was nice, comfortable & clean, but otherwise un-noteworthy. One thing I like is that we had all the towels, blankets, pillows, etc. that our family of 4 needed without having to call housekeeping. The Hotel is conveniently located right off I-26, about a 10-15 minute drive to the Biltmore & downtown. Get your Biltmore tickets @ the front desk to save $2. The most memorable part of the hotel is the staff, which was extremely friendly & helpful. I don't know if this is a new thing for Hamptons, but the breakfast didn't have any cooked food, but microwavable pancakes, etc., which were passable, at best. They did have adequate danish, fruit, cold cereal for breakfast & hot coffee all day long. The pool & hot tub was small, but adequate. The exercise room was small, with only a few machines but the A/C didn't seem to be working in the exercise room so you can really work up a sweat. We would stay here again.

The hotel was at a really convenient location for us. We were at a business meeting in Greenville, SC and decided to spend the weekend in Asheville and see the Biltmore Estate which was already decked out for the holidays. The hotel was conveniently located at the exit of the I26. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and they helped us several times during our stay with directions and suggestions to nearby restaurants, the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and directions to a really cool farmer's market where we bought a huge pumpkin for a dollar!. This thanksgiving the pumpkin pie will be from scratch! The indoor swimming pool is nicely kept and is open till 10pm. The gym is small but the equipment looks new. The breakfast is ok...don't expect eggs and bacon. When they say hot breakfast..it's microwavable waffles and pancakes...but there's plenty of them! On our last day we had to leave really early - before breakfast. The staff was nice enough to get some breakfast for us and put it in a bag to go. We had a great time in the Asheville area and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

This is a brand new hotel and everything was spotless and the service was wonderful. The lobby is decorated beautifully with a fireplace and the rooms have Hampton's new bedding - which was very comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend it to anyone.
