The hotel is the greatest location for staying in Dublin. The front desk staff were not friendly. In fact they were installing a new room key system and we had to go to the front desk 4 times to have our keys reset. After going to our room three times and having to go back down to the front desk we expressed our frustrations at which time the woman at the front desk told us they had left a letter in all the rooms about the keys and we would have to keep coming to the front desk until they system was up and running. No customer service whatsoever. The lobby is beautiful but more than once the glasses were unclean. This is disgusting. I can understand once but three times is too much, especually for the prices they charge for drinks. also, we ordered the cheese tray more than once and each time it was a different size and different size and would sometimes come with bread and fruit and the next time much smaller and no bread..it was so wierd. not very consisten and when we asked the server, she could not help us. The rooms are fine, a little small but comfortable. THe business center is very small but offers free inernet which is great. But the greatest thing about the westbury is the location, you can walk everywhere form here which is what makes it a good place to stay just do not expect great customer service.

The location is fantastic- just 50 meters from Grafton Street shopping! Two great pubs just infront- McDaids and Bruxelles- best Guiness in the city @ McDaids. Rooms are very new with all modern amenties. Staff is very polite and helpful, restaurants are excellent, but a bit pricey. Cafe Novo is better deal for breakfast onsite. Within minutes walking distance of everything you ever want to do in Dublin- shop on Grafton, tour Trinity College, stroll Stephens Green, hit the pubs and restaurants in Temple Bar. Very pleased for the price !!
