All of staffs went out of their way to make us feel welcome,friendly and effiicient. It only took about 5 minutes to get to the Mall of America. When we asked about early shuttles, we were accommodated very quickly. It was obvious that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay satisfactory. The room was perfect for us and the beds were awesome! The Mid-size swimming pool was amazing! And the hot tub was clean and warm. I think the hotel rate was a very reasonable considering the location. Although we didn't have time to take in many of the local sights and activities, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Can hardly wait to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here last November and had an excellent experience with everyone. We only visited the Mall of America so we didn't get anywhere else to comment on but everyone went out of their way to provide great service. At the time we stayed, there was a large group of football fans and players staying at the hotel and the staff did their best to make sure our stay was quiet and undisturbed by the large population of other guests. The shuttle was terrific. They picked us up at the airport, and took us to the Mall everytime. It was nice getting a ride in a warm vehicle and dropped off at the door. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only meal we ate at the hotel was breakfast at the buffet but it was one of the better ones we have one. I am trying to make a reservation as I write this review. I would highly recommend this one for your stay.

Great beds
12/19/2006The bed was more comfortable than the one i have at home. hated to get up in the am!
