We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel was crowded, but the front desk personnel were pleasant. The bathroom was clean, but the rest of the room looked a bit tired and not as tidy as I would expect. It is not up to the level of a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express or Courtyard by Marriott. It was, however, relatively inexpensive. The room would've been acceptable, except we had almost no hot water in the morning. I had a little, but those with later showers had none. I did not have time to talk with the front desk, so I don't know if this is chronic or there was a failure of the hot water heater. Either way, this problem alone was enough to avoid a repeat stay.

This place was close to the action but far enough away to not be bothered by the action. My overall opinion of this motel is very good. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Not one of them looked or acted like they didn't want to be there. Everybody was good with hellos and good mornings and they were sincere not forced. My hats off the staff. My one complaint was that the chairs in my room were about to fall apart. I was afraid to sit on them for fear of breaking them and getting charged for them. My wife's complaint was that the a/c didn't cool down the room good enough. It did stuffy at times but tolerable. Would i stay there again or recommend this place? Yes. The staff really made the difference. The pool and the jacuzzi were very clean. I was totally impressed with this area. Could have had a change machine in this area seeing as the laundry machines and video games were here. Otherwise, totally satisfied. Thanks guys.

This was the first time to stay at this facility and it definitley will not be the last. We totally enjoyed the facility form the intial contact at the front desk. The room was great as well, the continental breakfast was good an the staff where most cordial. With the two kids the indoor pool was also a hit. being able to swim while the snow fell was neat. We really enjoyed a 4 day stay at this facility an will look forward to returning here many times in the future.

We were on a non-smoking hallway, but everytime you stepped out of your room it wreaked of fresh cigarette smoke. The rooms were clean, but the carpet and decor was worn out. The rooms are small, but we realize with a family of four it is time for us to upgrade to a suite. Housekeeping was slow, but friendly. Rooms are not very soundproof because you could hear when people walked by your door. The breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about. On a positive note...the swimming pool was very nice.

We have traveled to Branson many times & have stayed at this Quality Inn before. We enjoy staying here because of the indoor pool, the friendly staff, & the continental breakfast. I was slightly disappointed with the ""workout"" room. Some of the equipment in there was not operating properly. But overall, our stay was great.
