  Front desk was nice whe i checked in . room quality was poor. bathroom toilet leaked and bathroom was in bad shape...in need of up date. whole hotel smellled bad ...

  Front desk was nice whe I checked in . Room quality was poor. Bathroom toilet leaked and bathroom was in bad shape...in need of up date. Whole hotel smellled bad too. Very noisey and when I complained to the manager he said he couldn't do anything about it. I would not recommend staying here.

  Room had mold on windowsill, toilet seat was broken, cigarette left in ice bin, hair in hairdryer not regular. holes in the wall. plenty of other dissatsfying incidents i can' ...

  Room had mold on windowsill, toilet seat was broken, cigarette left in ice bin, hair in hairdryer not regular. Holes in the wall. Plenty of other dissatsfying incidents i can't explain. Stay away from this motel. Breakfast was worthless head to the Bob Evans down the street. Too noisy unable to sleep. Stayed here cause it was 3 minutes from bowling alley where our tournament was. PLEASE stay away, ALL IN ALL THE TRAVEL AGENCY WAS GREAT AT TAKING CARE OF THE SITUATION. THANKS TRAVEL AGENCY WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE YOUR SERVICES.

  We rented a suite. The room smelled nasty, pull out couch was stained and ripped and when we did pull it out- it was filled with crumbs and dirt and cheap kid toys The stairs looked like they had not been vacuumed in a week.

  The site said that rooms were newly renovated. that was not the case. the room which we stayed in had dried stains down one wall and on the ceiling. it ...

  The site said that rooms were newly renovated. That was not the case. The room which we stayed in had dried stains down one wall and on the ceiling. It was very dirty. And the hotel restaurant was under renovations which was not stated at the time of reserving the room.
