stayed for four days in the king delux. had a microwave and frig with wireless internet included. When I told them the AC was very noisy, they switched out the unit the next day. Staff was curteous and friendly, room was clean, shopping, movies, fast food, restaraunts, and hospitals are close by. I had a good experience. only negative, no coffee maker in the room but coffee and tea are available in the lobby.

My 8 year old granddaughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Red Roof in Gainesville, FL! While other registration staff was not as personable as Sonya, my granddaughter was so impressed that with Sonya that she commented, "She's really good with kids'. From the mouths of babes! The beds were comfortable, pillows just right and the air conditioner did a great job without having to be turned on max. Restaurants and shopping were easily accessible (which is a huge plus to me!). Should the opportunity arise, I would enjoy staying at this location again! Thanks!

The staff from the Housekeepers (the most important members) to the General Manager are just excellant! I feel so at home here and I can bring my dog. She is very comfortable too.
I haven't had to meet a maintenance man yet, so that is a very good sign to me.
The rooms are very clean and the hallways and lobby as well.
The grounds are kept nice and there is a lot of grassy area to walk the dogs.
It is the kind of place where if you want to know the staff it is small enough that you can. It is so professional that you don't have to meet them,as they do not bother the guests at all.
For the money it is a GREAT value.
There is plenty of room to work in the king room. It has a wonderful work desk with extra outlets. -

WE STAYED HERE TO BE NEAR THE HOSPITAL, WITH A HEATED POOL. THE HOTEL WAS OVERALL, FRESH, CLEAN, STAFF FRIENDLY. THE POOL WAS NOT TOO HEATED....BUT OK. ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT NOT TAKEN CARE OF WELL DURING THE STAY. ONE DAY NO ONE CAME IN. OUR TRASH WAS OVERFLOWING. ONE DAY ONE BED WAS MADE, NOT THE OTHER,. ONE DAY THEY TOOK DIRTY TOWELS, DIDN'T GIVE US CLEAN ONES.
IN THE DRESSER DRAWER WAS SOME STUFF LEFT BY THE PRVIOUS TRAVELLER. NIGHTSTAND DRAWER HAD FOOD CRUMBS.
BEING CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL, RESTAURANTS, TARGET, SHOPPING, ETC WAS A BIG PLUS, BUT I WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN. TOO MUCH MONEY TO HAVE TO ASK FOR TOWELS OR YOUR ROOM TO BE CLEANED.
