Stayed here one night on a long drive from LA back to Kansas. It was very late ,after midnight when we checked in and did not notice the lack of security. when we got up to leave a 8am our car had been broken into and several things stolen. This is when we noticed there were no security cameras and the lack of the keycard lock at the outer door. We also learn that one of the hotel staff noticed our car when they came into work and they did and said nothing about it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

nice location, price ok. however i was quoted a price for my 3 night stay and later found that i was charged more than my quote. i was checking the activity on my bank acct. and noticed numerous debits and credits to and from my acct. causing a negative ballance and overdraft fees which they would not reimburse me for even after speaking with them on the phone and haveing my charges fixed as they were originally agreed upon at check-in. also, some of the door card locks were malfunctioning and after a day of shopping and collecting various keepsakes , i would arrive back to my room only to be stuck outside the hotel entrance with my arms full and my room card not working on the door to the entrance. by day 2 i found myself just going to the front desk to have my card reset so could enter my room. this was very difficult as i would always have things i was carying to my room. on some occaisions i would see an elderly couple stuck outside also trying to use their card too. staff was courtious and freindly but could not fix the problem.
