We were very happy with our accomodations here. We arrived very early in the morning (6am) and they were able to check us in right away (rather than wait until the afternoon as we'd been told earlier). The staff were very courteous and knowledgable. We had the family suite and the 5 of us (2 teenage boys, 10 year old girl and my husband and I) were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the amenities in the hotel very nice. The location was a great central point for everything we wanted to see in downtown Vancouver and were able to walk everywhere. The bus services were right in front of the hotel and very convenient when we needed it (as we did not rent a car this trip). Were able to use the free internet Link centre for getting info/printing maps/directions on bus/etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definately stay here again. Well worth the $*.

Despite booking well in advance and arriving on time room was ""unavailable"" when we arrived. Desk person very unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was noisy; service had to be requested for expected things like towels. Room was ""surface"" clean but bathroom unsanitary.

The hotel and staff were excellent, but something I have never run across.... in the South Tower there is a ice machine only on even numbered floors! We were on the nineth floor so we had to go to the 8th or 10th floor for ice!! Get your room in the North Tower, everything is over there. The resturant,gift shop, Starbucks,cafe.
