no mini fridge in room. carpet left bottom of our bare feet black (gross!). We hung the towels but maid service took them anyway. When we called and asked for pool towels it took almost two hours.

The hotel room was nice enough, with comfy beds. The shower constantly backed up and it took about 20 min before it cleared. Annoying because it took longer for everyone to get ready. The hotel website and front desk staff all say that a trolley stops right in front of the hotel. This is a lie. Its over a mile walk, under a freeway and part of the way has no sidewalk so youre walking in the dirt and on part of a busy road. Its definitely bad at night. The hotel was pretty inconvenient if you don't have a car. Also, when we checked in, they gave us our keys but when we checked out the room, it clearly hadnt been cleaned, with messy beds and trash everywhere. It was about an hour before we could go into our room. Irritating because we has been driving all day. Also, watch out for the safe tax. They automatically charge you everyday for the inroom safe, even if you havent used it. They dont mention it to you, so you have to make sure that you tell them to take it off. Overally, the staff wasnt bad, but they werent great either. The whole place got the job done.

We found the location to be excellent, across from malls and near all area attractions. A trolley stops right in front of the hotel so no need to use your own car, just use the trolley. Free Internet, and a business center, with two restaurants. The price was great, rooms were ok, pool was large and service was good. We will stay here on our next trip with the family.

in web site they claim that all rooms are non-smoking, have microwave, and refridgerator in rooms, we ended up being put in smoking room, without microwave, and refridgerator. when we called front desk with these misleading statements on web site, they said they would get back to us on this; I am still waiting for phone call. I also asked for a room deodoriser for the nasty cigarette smell; still waiting for it. when we asked for a different room, we were told that they were sold out and had no rooms available. we are pretty passive people and we were in town for a funeral so we felt that we had no choice but to stay there, had we been there for a vacation or just for pleasure we would not have stayed in this ""motel"". plese post so that other guests do not get misled like we did and possibly ruin their vacation. please please please post our comments.
