  We were very pleased with this hotel. Very central to historical sites, museums, shopping, restaurants, rail and bus stations. Room was very clean, and staff helpful. Street noise was very noticable when windows were open, but you are going to get that anywhere in Florence - it makes NYC seem rural with the noise level.
  
  Only complaint - high hidden, extra costs that they don't tell you about. For example, went to the bar once to have a drink before going out and 2 drinks ended up with a 25 euro bill. No martini is that good.

  We had a great time here with a beautiful city, very nice people and great weather...what more. the hotel is very well located for people like us who like ...

  We had a great time here with a beautiful city, very nice people and great weather...what more. The hotel is very well located for people like us who like to walk alot, there was pleantly to do and see all over within wlking distance. The restaurants and bars were also good and nearby...The hotel was probably super great when first built but it's now a little worse for wear but it is still very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very considerate and helpful.

  Good location. we were with a tour group. the rooms are small and furnished with garage sale stuff. beds were hard and i like that. the bathroom tended to flood ...

  GOOD LOCATION. WE WERE WITH A TOUR GROUP. THE ROOMS ARE SMALL AND FURNISHED WITH GARAGE SALE STUFF. BEDS WERE HARD AND I LIKE THAT. THE BATHROOM TENDED TO FLOOD WHEN WE SHOWERED. BE SURE TO BRING A NOISE MACHINE TO BLOCK OUT THE STREET NOISE. THIS APPLIES TO NEARLY ALL THE BIG CITY HOTELS
