  The hot tub was very relaxing. Front desk service was friendly and courteous. The room could have been cleaner - we found gum wrappers on a chair. The breakfast bar was delicious and had more than enough food to choose from; just make sure you get in line early for waffles, as there is only one waffle maker and it's very popular! I would stay here again.

  I can't say enough about how great our stay was at the Wingate Polaris. Close to great dinning, shopping, as well as right off I-71. We were greeted promptly by friendly front desk clerks, and advised of all the amenities the Hotel had to offer. We were equally delighted by the cleanliness of our room, and comfort of the king size bed. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, waffle bar, eggs, bacon etc. We are making this our preferred hotel in Columbus.

  Our room was not clean! you could tell where housekeeping stopped vaccuming. the bathroom sink would not drain, amoung many other things. we had to call maintance to our room ...

  Our room was not clean! You could tell where housekeeping stopped vaccuming. The bathroom sink would NOT drain, amoung many other things. We had to call maintance to our room at 11pm to help with the drain situation. We've stayed here many times in the past, but will not stay here after this last visit.

  This hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well- maintained. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. There was even a jacuzzi - great after a long drive! Our stay was great. Would stay there again!!

  The area was a mess. there seemed to be no attendant. the juice machine was leaking for a long time before it was shut off and sevreal people almost fell. ...

  The area was a mess. There seemed to be no attendant. The juice machine was leaking for a long time before it was shut off and sevreal people almost fell. It seemed like the food was not replenished. People were making waffles and there was no butter or syrup. By the time I was going to bring coffee to my husband, there was no coffee even left, no juice because the machine was broken.All I could get for him was some dry cereal. He's a diabetic, so we left the premises to get him something to eat so that he didn't go into a diabetic shock!
