The hotel was a great experience and we will definitely be staying there again. The room was neat and clean and the breakfast bar was one of the best I have eaten at. Look forward to many more trips out to Colorado Springs and staying at the Embassy suites. Also, everyone that we talked to who worked there was very nice and helpful.

Nice large suites with all amenities including marble topped wet bar w/refrigerator and microwave. Marble walled shower/tub & sink. Room service is available. All-you-care-to-eat cooked to order breakfast each morning is just delicious! Pillow-top mattresses on the beds will allow you to really get some sleep. This hotel has just about everything one could ever want. We stayed a week and we really enjoyed each day here. Best price if you book with the hotel directly online. *Only minus would be the small cramped bathrooms and some noise from children rudely running about the atrium/corridors and knocking on doors.

We chose this hotel because it had the bedroom, living room area, and kitchenette. The made to order breakfast is great and saves a family money on not having to eat out. The Manager's reception with free alcohol and snacks was nice and not stingy with drinks. The workout facility is great and not many people used it. Our only complaint was the A/C it states to turn it to 65 and leave (it won't go any lower), the first night it got so hot in the room you felt like you were in a sauna, notified the front dest and we immediately had a maintenance man in the room, yes he agreed it was very warm in there but made some excuse about the a/c not blowing hard said he would come back, and never did. He stated all the rooms were the same way. We stuck it out for two nights and left. The hotel is close to everything pikes peak, the Air Force Academy, Olympic Traing Facility.

BUG BITES!

We stayed at the Colorado Springs Embassy Suites while visiting with family. The linens on the bed were never changed, although we stayed for 11 nights. On our last day we woke up covered with bug bites! Each of us had 50-75 bites covering our bodies. We called the hotel the next day to hopefully prevent another family from the same experience. The hotel management was unresposive, and it took us MANY phone messages to get someone to speak with us about the issue. The hotel denies any bugs in the room. We have all been to the doctor since arriving home (as no one can sleep because of the intense itching) and the doctors suspect bed bug bites. They are definitely insect bites, but they cannot verify bed bugs by simply looking at the bites. This is otherwise a very nice hotel. It is unfortunate that it is not being well maintained or managed.

My wife and I have been married 46 years. Never been to Colorado.Wanted to see some of its natural beauty. With all the choices in Colorado Springs,it took us a while to narrow down our choice. GREAT CHOICE....The ambiance,couresy of the staff,free breakfast and cocktail hour.Everything was excellent. Top it off with a great view of the mountains and proximity to attractions and we had a very good vacation.
